The app isn't working at all. The pages aren't doing anything. I get notified by staples that I have new mail yet I go on the app and I can't do anything. I can't discard, refresh or anything. Your charging my bank the monthly fee for an account I have not been able to use in just short of a month now. UPDATE 4/4/2025 The app was fixed for about 3 weeks. Now it's not working again!! 7/26/2025 Not working AGAIN!!! Ready to just cancel and go elsewhere. It's been too long and no resolution!!

The app keeps crashing when I try to order any service such as scan or shred. It was working well before. The customer service can place the order when contacted, which is good, but it takes a long wait. I had asked them to fix the app. It has been two weeks and nothing happened. Now I have to call them again to place more scan and shred request for new mails. Not at all convenient. Hope they fix the app soon otherwise it is useless!

It is good for nomads. However, be prepared for hidden fees. I shipped my package to myself, picked it up and found out 20 mins later my card was charged for $1. When i check the pricing page(s) it does not say anything about the hidden charge. And, the worst part, there is no customer service. None. 3 stars for doing what they say they do. but not 5, because of the hidden fees and nonexistent customer service.
