3. Requesting a Service to MR or Resort ops – Using the app, you can enjoy the convenience of requesting certain services at the resort. You can also get in touch with the Member Relationship team by calling them via the app itself.

4. To start with, one simply has to download and install the Club Mahindra app in their
Smartphone from their Play Store Account and log in with their email id. It is that simple to get started. The app is absolutely free to download.

5.The app facilitates easy navigation so planning a holiday is simple and quick. First, choose the dates of your holiday from the in-app calendar and mark your dates.

6. Next, scroll through your preferred destination and choose from the multitude of Club Mahindra resorts to book your stay for the duration. The app will also notify you about the various exciting deals and offers that the various resorts have from time to time so that you may get the best value for your money.

7. Club Mahindra understands that each family is different and they have their own special requirements. Any special requirement that you may have can be requested and included from the app itself.

8. The Club Mahindra app will enable you to book resorts and rooms instantly and all payments can be made directly via the app. All transactions will be done through a secure server and all your payment information will be strictly confidential.

The Club Mahindra app is convenient for members — easy resort booking, payments, and check-in features all in one place. The interface is clean and updates are helpful. However, booking availability can be limited during peak times, and the app could be smoother at times. Overall, a useful companion for Club Mahindra members but with room for improvement.

Beware, Beware, think many times, there are many hidden policies, false verbal claims, you will only get to know once you fall into the trap. App is lousy, policies are very rigid (not flexible even a bit), none documented. Credit points are given and taken back without informing. Forced to take 3 days holiday when you want to only 1, your holiday planning happens at their mercy. Food cost is a bomb, no complematory food either.

I usually don't write reviews, but this app is fantastic! It works perfectly, is very easy to use, and is super fast. But the best part is the customer service. When I had a question, the support team answered right away and was incredibly helpful. They fix any problems fast and even check on you later. The people who made this app clearly care about their users. I strongly recommend it!
