Doesn't even work for paying rent. Good luck trying to add a payment method as either the page will refresh or you'll be waiting in limbo for an update. Let alone logging in. Took months for them to even have my account credentials to even log in. And out of blue a year later the app started sending text notifications about rent being late despite it being a week before the due date? Worse there is no option to turn it off. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this barely functional app.

Update on July 2nd, 2021: Still can't log in. The administrator can't figure out how to fix it. It has me logged in enough to send me notifications on my phone, but not allow me to actually access my account. Don't believe ANY of the positive reviews. I mean, just look at the names+grammar. They are mega fake.

Never works. I've been having problems with this for 2 years ever since my landlords wanted me to use it. They wouldn't believe me that it wouldn't work until I confronted them in person and showed them.
