Logs Out Frequently. I don't find the usual solution, in apps battery, to let the app continue to run. It works well for most use, but I find most music apps leave a lot to be desired. It's like the UI is designed for middle school age with a small or limited library. The reason I want this app to stay where it is and not forget what I was playing, and from where, is because my mp3 collection is about 400GB. I'm not streaming through Spotify and closed that account years ago

Hi Wesley
Thank you for your feedback.
Have you set up "Run in the background"? Also, would you mind telling us how you log in? By IP or Cloud ID?

Can be a good way to access my entire library. Unfortunately, it has a couple of issues that make it a poor fit for me. I like to shuffle all songs (with about 13,000 in the Library), but the app always starts with the same song, and does not remember what it played last time I used the device. It does not select songs randomly: it appears to select from near the beginning of the alphabet - over several hours, I haven't seen it play any title that didn't begin with a punctuation or numeral. Finally, it seems to crash the phone to a total shutdown sometimes after selecting all songs, then shuffle, then attempting to skip to a second song. It's possible the last issued I mentioned is caused by something else, but the other issues cause me to look to another app rather than fiddling about with this one. If all those simple issues were resolved, I'd really like the app.

Hi Gregg We haven't experienced shuffle without numeral or punctuation songs issues. Would you mind telling how you login like by IP or Cloud ID? Also, do you have a screenshot or a short video about your issues? Also, please click send out crash report button on your phone when you have the crash issue. You can email to pinhaohuang@asustor.com.

Won't connect to my NAS when I'm on a different network from home. EZConnect is installed and working, and on a different computer (or even my phone via a web browser) I can connect to my NAS through the EZConnect settings. I can even play music through SoundsGood that way. But, AiMusic completely refuses to connect if I'm not on the same network. Utterly useless. ETA: No, neither deleting and re-logging in nor logging in via IP address rather than cloud ID works. It simply doesn't recognize that SoundsGood is up and running and the NAS is available, despite that being true in other circumstances. ETA2: No, neither disabling and re-enabling nor reinstalling worked either. ETA3: Yes, I can connect with AiMaster and AiData, but not AiMusic or AiVideos.. ETA4: Thanks, but I ended up just downloading Plex which offers more functionality and connected without issue.

Hi John,
If you still can't connect to your NAS, please provide your Cloud ID with a test account(with admin rights) and passwords to pinhaohuang@asustor.com or our support system. We will take a look to see if some configurations can fix it.
