App has gone downhill. To sign in, you have to receive a phone call with a six digit PIN with NO option for a more appropriate method, such as a text message or authenticator app. Update: I haven't changed anything and am now getting a text authentication option. Perhaps the service was down when I submitted my review. I'm still keeping this as 1 star, as I get prompted every time I open the app, even though I keep selecting "register device."

Very difficult to navigate. Can't even find where to make a payment on my car loan. Charges a service fee to make a payment using the app. Not user friendly at all! (Update) After using the app for a while and dealing with customer service over the phone I have gone from 2 stars to 1. If this company cares at all about keeping customers they need to fix their issues!

I thought the rest of y'all were crazy for penalizing an app when you forget your login info. Buuut... they're right. I can log in to mobile banking. Can't log in to the app. ??? Also, when you open the app, there is no option to register, just sign in, despite the help menu directing new users to register first. OOOH!! It seems that there are two "Consumers Credit Union"s and a "Consumer Credit Union." That might be where a lot of these comments are coming from!! Check the icons.
