I've been using this app for last 3 years..but nowadays the app doesn't open at all even if I update it ..it opens for one time then doesn't open again.even if I reinstall the app the app is still not working..........

The App is too slow these days and during midnight it stops working. The QR scan feature is worst of all. same thing if done via IME PAY, KHALTI OR ESEWA APPs just takes a fraction of second.

Worst bank ever... Normally after some wrong attempt, mobile banking would be blocked & we restat it using mobile no. Or contacting nearest branch. But,..... No this bank is charging 100/- just for forgetting password??☹️ Perfect example of. "BANK Pani CHOR Pani".
