Rate your mood at night, morning, afternoon, and evening using various parameters like energy level, mood, stress, and more. Use customizable emojis to mark different emotions you experience.

Write about anything you want to share in the free text field, and attach photos if necessary. The smart notes feature suggests topics for reflection.

• Add Events
Record activities you did: a walk with friends, a workout, a long nap, a delicious meal — whatever you find important.

• Get Statistics
Analyze your state based on statistics: what events often accompanied a good mood? What affects your stress levels? Identify patterns in your state, use calendar reminders, and keep notes on your experiences.

• Visualize
Every 20 mood entries, the app generates a unique Sphere of Emotions that reflects your mood.

• Explore Recommendations
Use the smart online recommendation system to improve your well-being and emotional state.

• Share with Your Therapist

I absolutely love it. If you don't have the money to pay for those big apps, then I 100% recommend this. The free part of the app is amazing to see what brings your mood, stress, and energy up or down and helps you link anything you want, to see what it could mean. It's just amazing as a mood journal 🥰

I've used many mood trackers, but this one is probably the best one I've used! It's really simple to use, and it's also aesthetically pleasing to just look at. Being able to log your mood 4 times a day is amazing, and I also love how — instead of a smile — we get this glowing sphere that radiates a color depending on our mood. In general, it's a great app! 👍

One of the better mood trackers ive tried. Its simple and has highly customizable aspects. I really like that mood and energy levels are tracked separately in this app, its useful for tracking things like bipolar swings since high energy levels dont always coincide with positive moods. The one thing id like to add is a symptom tab to the journal entries (currently the tabs are activities, emotions, and notes). Overall a very good app, ive been looking for a tracker like this for a long time.
