Garbage app. Homekit is absolute garbage too. If your looking at getting a goodwe inverter and homekit as an add on, don't bother. The homekit disconnects from the internet all the time. If you have a power cut or switch off the router you need to reconfigure the honekit via SEMS , which takes ages and is time-consuming and even then it still randomly drops out. The help team are useless too. GARBAGE

User interface is great but the setup part has become faulty and sends us straight back to the log in page before we can finish setting up the account. Please fix this bug because it's doing my head in having to call everytime I need to set up accounts

This app and especially the homekit is terrible. I hope somebody reading this review prior to purchasing the homekit chooses an alternate product. I have multiple dropouts a day and customer service is poor. The product is poor (it is the only thing in my house that needs a wifi extender and even then stops working regularly despite excellent signal).
