Scanned the app at the store after a purchase. Received no points. Tried to enter information in the app for "missed transaction". No luck there either. Tried to contact customer service about missed transaction online and was asked to sign in and received a message "UH Oh! We're unable to sign you in". Tried to reopen the app and was kicked out of it with the same message. Now, I can't get back in the app or enter my missed transaction. A lot of problems with this app.

Useless since update! I've had this app for atleast 10 years and never an issue. However, with the recent update (I updated 8/31/24), I tried to place an order and it told me there was an error with my gift card. It showed the amount, so it definitely recognized it. So I deleted the gift card and was trying to pay with credit card and still had problems. After my purchase in store, I had to log my "missed" transaction and getting another error message. So basically it is useless now.

This app is buggy all the time. The latest issue is one that prevents me from making a purchase when I try to use my gift card. I keep getting an error when I push the Place Order button. It keeps saying "Unable to apply giftcard. Check that the card number is correct and that it contains sufficient balance." This happens even though it knows that there's $15 on it because it applies as a subtotal line item.
