This app never shows me my data usage, or minutes left, etc. It also never lets me view my perks. So the app is useless other than when you have to pay for more data of course. Definitely needs a lot of work!! I also had to factory reset the phone because it kept kicking me off of my apps even though I had more then half of the storage left. Very inconvenient and these are problems then can be fixed within the company and app

It took me a couple months to get customer service to actually fix my data problem, but eventually they did. Now instead of only being able to access my data via the phone's hotspot, I just have to toggle the data off then back on right before trying to use data in any application on my phone. I guess it's better than before, where I had to use a completely different device to connect to the phone's hotspot and access it that way. (Which was quite a bit more inconvenient) This phone is the worst

Would like to know what is the problem with constantly losing connection. I also have apps that I have not downloaded and I have major changes to this device without my doing or authorization that is not secure in my opinion. NOT only a major issue but it hasn't been a good device that I can get work done that is on a time limit. And when you have information filled out on a form and the Internet is lost? How's that?Losing connection and complete lose of the information & time isn't safe or good
