The app was fine for like a month, now every time I go onto it the app says I'm "offline" and I can't access anything. I'm not offline, I'm on WiFi or data but for whatever reason the app doesn't recognize this so I have to go onto the browser and do everything manually. Also progressive cancelled my renters insurance after I paid my auto insurance fully. Not related to the app, but don't expect any communication on matters like that because I still have no clue why it happened.

Often entirely refuses to launch, solved only by uninstalling and re-installing the app. As of this last install, I can no longer sign in at all - two-factor authentication will, when prompted, send two codes instead of just one, and lock me out of my account for the day. I'm just trying to pay my bill.

Bugs and inaccuracies need to be worked out. 7 minute drive today. Never even touched my phone. Stayed in my pocket. Still registered 4% phone usage. No idea how. Does not register well if with someone else who also has the app. Will freeze and need to be reinstalled on occasion (yes, I tried force stop, clear cache, and all the other tricks. I manage apps for a living). When this happens, you need to reinstall, log in, get the code, and set permissions all over again. Needs a LOT of work.
