The app was fine for like a month, now every time I go onto it the app says I'm "offline" and I can't access anything. I'm not offline, I'm on WiFi or data but for whatever reason the app doesn't recognize this so I have to go onto the browser and do everything manually. Also progressive cancelled my renters insurance after I paid my auto insurance fully. Not related to the app, but don't expect any communication on matters like that because I still have no clue why it happened.

Makes it easier to access plan information... by being redirected online for many things. Not necessarily a problem if you expect it. My biggest complaint is the Snapshot tracking. It is inaccurate 90% of the time. I never use my phone while driving. The closest thing I do is use steering wheel controls to skip music, and it counts it as using your phone. Other times I literally will have the phone in the cupholder and never touch it the whole drive and it says I did. So frustrating!

The latest version of the app (updated Jul '26) is not accurate. The app constantly flags me as using my phone when driving when that's not the case. It made this error periodically prior to the July update, but now I get flagged as using my phone nearly every drive when the phone is in my pocket. It's extremely annoying and could cause my rate to increase. FIX THE APP!!
