Just wish it was easier to change payment dates to coincide with my paychecks. Also hate that you can't change certain pay dates. Not sure if I'm missing it, but I also wish there were better and earlier notifications for the automatic payments. That would be really helpful because I tend to get forgetful with all the stresses of life, and it sucks getting charged those missed/late payment fees.

Progressive is fine as an insurer, but what I do know is that the snapshot data tracker is a scam. It sells your driving data, so they are already making money off you. In my opinion, it makes me drive worse do too, not knowing what a "hard break" is. The app provides no data or analytics on how to improve, just basic suggestions. I will never use them again.

It doesn't save my sorted trips. It goes back to what the app assumed my position in the car/on the trip was. Which defeats the purpose of the app. It impacts my rate with no customer service support line to correct it. And when it is locked in, it can't be changed. So we're being cheated. I have to Uninstall and reinstall to "fix it"
