Bugs and inaccuracies need to be worked out. 7 minute drive today. Never even touched my phone. Stayed in my pocket. Still registered 4% phone usage. No idea how. Does not register well if with someone else who also has the app. Will freeze and need to be reinstalled on occasion (yes, I tried force stop, clear cache, and all the other tricks. I manage apps for a living). When this happens, you need to reinstall, log in, get the code, and set permissions all over again. Needs a LOT of work.

when using snapshot and trying to differentiate between passenger/driver status, only one trip can be changed. the "X" button to close the trip menu doesn't work. the app must be closed entirely to edit any single trip. the conditions set for achieving stars are questionable. the only hard braking I ever experience are due to lights forcing me decide to stop or risk running reds when always traveling at the speed limit. 3/5 Stars just for that and no other incidents? yep, questionable.

The absolute worst insurance! They will quote one price then charge you another. I got my quote paid the first payment then the next bill was double what I was quoted and I was told it was their fault, their system messed up so I had to pay for it. I wanted to cancel after that because it was way more than I was quoted from other companies only to be told I would be charged almost $300 to cancel even though it was their fault. Total SCAM!!! Pay a little bit more and use ANY other company.
