The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

super easy-to-use interface, even for the app novice. all your policies are in one place, and it's so easy to change the payment method even when in enrolled in autopay. sometimes I want my insurance paid immediately with a CC in Google Pay, instead of my bank waiting 8 days to even show a pending payment. this way it's paid the day I select, and I can earn cash back by using one of my CC's. every doc that needs signing is flagged i. the app (no more renewals buried in a Mt. of junk). love it!

This app is extremely simple and does everything you would want an insurance app to do. However, it deserves only one star at best because unless you update it every single time, it is unusable. Not because it crashes or anything, but because it is software locked until you update. Say you need to access something that would require little to no data, and say you have little to no service, can't be done if you aren't running the latest version.
