This app was ok but has taken a turn for the worst. A few times, I've completed requirements for game payouts. I have not received payment. I contacted CS w/ proof. They send a list of irrelevant reasons why I may not have received. Then request an extensive id/background check only to get turned down again. NOT WORTH TIME & TROUBLE. Plus most offers are unreasonable & for pennies. When/if you do reach amount options, it takes days to get a digital pay "processed."

App has always been buggy for me, customer service is an infinite loop of nothingness. i submitted 4 different tickets for 2 missing bonus credits of $60 total (i have screenshot proof that was included in the tickets) for almost 2 months and i just got the auto message. when I responded after days, they just tell me i have to log in and submit a ticket (which is exactly how i got to their message in the first place). i have tried several times, with no success. Time to move on. i uninstalled.

Every receipt takes 3 to 5 tries to get scan to process. Out of all my receipts scanning apps this is the most painful to use. Also has the highest goal to reach to payout. Debating whether it is worth continuing use as there are a lot better paying, easier to use, and with lower payout threshold. Hopefully they will improve the app soon.
