I have been using this app for about 3 years, always been a little glitchy but earned over $400 over that time. The service has gone downhill in those 3 years. When I download a game to get paid while playing, the payout levels change after you play after a few days. It's like they move the payout goalposts if you're moving too quickly though the games. For that reason, I'm deleting the app soon as I do one more cash out.

This app was ok but has taken a turn for the worst. A few times, I've completed requirements for game payouts. I have not received payment. I contacted CS w/ proof. They send a list of irrelevant reasons why I may not have received. Then request an extensive id/background check only to get turned down again. NOT WORTH TIME & TROUBLE. Plus most offers are unreasonable & for pennies. When/if you do reach amount options, it takes days to get a digital pay "processed."

App has always been buggy for me, customer service is an infinite loop of nothingness. i submitted 4 different tickets for 2 missing bonus credits of $60 total (i have screenshot proof that was included in the tickets) for almost 2 months and i just got the auto message. when I responded after days, they just tell me i have to log in and submit a ticket (which is exactly how i got to their message in the first place). i have tried several times, with no success. Time to move on. i uninstalled.
