Worked great in Italy! Based on the reviews, I got 5GB just to be safe. I ended up using half, and that was me purposely trying to use up all my data during my 8-day trip. I'm considering getting it for my next trip. I set everything up before I left my home country, and it turned right on after the plane doors opened. Zero issues always had a connection.

Used this all over Europe. It was great! One tip they should push to the top of their FAQ: When you are unable to register in a new country or lose access to the local network. Put phone in airplane mode. Restart phone. Take of airplane mode. It works every time. I had to chat with their help chat for two hours trying to figure out why I lost signal for days. I would definitely use this again.

This esim worked great for all of about 5 days. Then out of nowhere it stopped working. It took multiple attempts through different channels to finally get a response from customer service (after about 10 hours). They had me try different things and send screenshots for almost an hour. Still nothing was working. This is taking time out of my vacation and plans. Eventually the customer service agent stopped responding. I do not recommend this app or this company.
