If there is a option in this app to understand everything in our own language then we can take more facility through this . And also give opportunity to instant chatting through those language (including Bangla) which is used to translate during the time of Hajj and Umrah and also in both great mosques. Chatting about what we want to know now or which kind of help we need right now) through this app)

This app is exceptionally terrible. I’ve had to delete and recreate my account multiple times just to try and book a slot for Nobel Rodah, but every time, my profile shows my gender incorrectly as Female instead of MALE. Because of this issue, I was unable to book a slot in 2024 and now, in 2025, the same issue is happening again. I’ve emailed support several times, but I’ve never received a response. It’s extremely frustrating to be blocked by a technical issue that should be easy to fix.
