The app has always been terrible, with your camera randomly disconnecting or not registering for days at a time despite no wifi or power issues, the volume issues, the poor support—among other things. But the fact that I can't even look at the live feed anymore really takes the cake. You used to be able to click on the camera and it'd show you what's happening. Now? Nothing. Like why the hell did we pay for this if it doesn't even work? Regrettable purchase for sure. Definitely warn people away.

Bought 2 cameras and paid the $9.99 a month fee to record up to 10 days for both devices. Worked for about a week and then cameras went offline. At that point, the app stopped working and wouldn't open again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Called customer service. Got an automated voicemail saying they weren't available and to leave my contact info. Have not received any response. I will contact the attorney general if my issue is not resolved.

App fails and support is horrible. They don't respond and don't know how to fix what ever is wrong. They keep telling me stuff to do that doesn't work. What good is a camera if you have to be there to constantly reboot, unplug, etc. I mean, really? It is worthless. Won't let you give no stars but I would if I could. Camera is cheap, installation very expensive and days on customer support are ridiculous.
