BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

App is not working. Every time it locks my ID. Then I call on the call center for unlocking purpose, they suggest me to reset the password. Then i try to reset my password, but unfortunately app is not working properly. Error pop-ups; (due to some technical difficulties request may not proceed.)

worst app I've encountered till now. can't enter email. turns out the first letter of the email needs to be capital in this app lol. then can't choose password. why? cause u cant have password shorter than 8 and longer 12 digits. like wth is that? tried so many times. can't set password. u can't repeat two same numbers or words in a sequence, and u also can't use some numbers in a row like 123. WHY!! The developer forgot that we need to remeber the password too. Absolutly slow app. 0 out of 5
