Ratings and reviews

The system take too long to updated, which in my case for the pengeluaran simpanan sspn. They take the service out from the website and shut it down on 31 december 2023 until now 15 january 2024 and it's still cannot be used. They never inform the estimated time for the system to be on operation again nor give the time when the update issue can be resolved. Just stick to the old system, it's making people's life hard. Edit: The system finally updated and smoother than before! Tq.

So difficult to take the photo of Ic. I just want to know my balance and it made it so difficult. I think PTPTN should stop trying to bite more than they can chew by trying to make everything into app when they are clearly not able to. This app has a rating of around 1; that clearly shows it has too many flaws. I would suggest all users to report this app so it gets removed from Play store. Then, PTPTN will be forced to make an app that actually works.

What's wrong with the incorrect password?! Everytime I have to reset the password and it says the new password cannot be the same as the old one, but when i try to login with the old password, it shows the passwor dis incorrect. What in the world is it app doing?! Even the website is doin the same thing. Please fix it ASAP
