One of the most useless and incompetent customer service you can ever encounter. My friend select the wrong gender as a joke, and there is no way to update it. I reached customer service to fix it. They reply in 2 hours every message, and the answer I take is "Click three dots and change your gender on your profile. If you set before you can't change it again" that's why I reached you already. Edit: Also, year is 2024. It shouldn't be that difficult to add English support.

I don't have a problem with your apps. Since UI is more better. But i have really2 problem on your shipment recommendation (kurir rekomendasi). Never learn and hear from customer that you have been complained alot for your shipment / courier recommendation. This is simple things that make your cust will let you go and use another apps( even the UI is not good but have credible shipment)

Dont know how to reach Tokopedia. There is a big Issue with search function both iOS and Android. Search results shown in the apps are irrelevant to subject being searched. Please compare your search results using apps and desktop. The one in desktop is functioning properly. Tried to raise the issue with your CS and they suggest clear cache. Your CS don't get it
