- landing screen prompts Watsons ID, no way to exit to go to homepage. - homepage has 2 consec. pop ups. - there is no way to update my address or add a new address. I had to go to the website and it takes 10mins just to load each page. - search function, filter and overall app experience is bad. please make it load faster. at the very least, let me be able to perform basic functions like change my address without waiting a few mins for everything to load.

No I remember why I seldom used the app because the password system does not allow symbols And my optimize password system includes symbol to be extra secure So I keep forgetting my password when it's actually more like, the system is not secure enough for me to remember my password. It's one extra security level behind what I have for every single one of my other accounts that is optimized for extra security

Very bad interface and customer service. All they do is refer me to send an email and even then issues still remain. I have no idea why they sell things from other suppliers and it takes much longer time for the delivery so it's totally not worth it. Can't even cancel my order! Forget about this app and just buy things from shopee or even Guardian.
