Ratings and reviews

Avoid at all cost if you're from the United States and trying to use Abroad. It requires an SMS validation which it will not deliver to a +1 United States phone number. Likewise, the account forces you to have a tax ID, which you will not have being a visitor. The support does not offer english speaking representatives, they'll try and ask you to leave a phone number to contact... Which we already established doesn't work for +1 country code. I was in Spain and had much better luck with SMOU app

It keeps always asking for the password, it is very slow when it comes to processing payments and other operations allowed by the app, no app notifications about new Bill's, it is very awkward that an email and phone number change has not been processed yet after almost a year - as a matter of fact I'm not receiving any notifications anymore (except for adverts) since I changed email address and phone number with consequently delays in payments and sub-sequently surcharge. It is disgusting.

Pointless app. Doesn't provide any useful information on usage or billing. Can't correct profile data. Download only if you want to read ads for Enel products. Almost 3 years later and it remains a useless app. Screens don't load, same data is asked for more than once but once captured not correctly recorded. Absolutely no useful information available regarding the status of my supply, usage, billing or payments.
