Very bad the balance given back to me while I top up if I am buying 1 month plan the balance cannot use at all ... Say it is expired or something top up to use then I have no more data or wifi so before the expired I bought 1 gb to top up after I buy I want to use the 1 gb data to top can't top up at all did not load at all .... 30 gb and 1 gb what is the difference one working one is not. And many issue from time to time your data will cannot use even load a song

Why it is so hard to reach out Hotlink and report some issues? I tried call their agent but that's lead to Whatsapp no. of the company where an Ai will assist me. The problem is the Ai told me TAC has send to my number but when I checked SMS, it's nothing. I been trying for few days. If just Hotlink have the customer service that read the email. Sadly, they didn't have one. I'm doom on how to further. This is my last hope. If you don't care about your customer, then I won't make it long. Cheers.

Please add back the refresh function in the app ..it is really inconvenient to close back app wait several minutes to just check back credit and data ...also please bring back rm 1 unlimited 1 hour. It really make hotlink prepaid the best telco prepaid company before until it remove the offer. really appreciate it if hotlink can bring back these two things
