Very disappointed today. I had a preventive service appointment at 9 am. arrived ay 8:58 am and was processed for assessment at 9:16 am . waited until 11:20 am to find out they have not started the service required. it was only when I checked status of completion that they noticed noone has started the service yet and has left my car unattended waiting to be serviced at the parking area. they have an automated system yet noone noticed the problem.... very poor service today

I received an alert stating that my vehicle—under repair at a Toyota service center for the past two weeks—was "ready for delivery." However, upon following up, I was surprised to learn that this notification was inaccurate. It seems the repair had not actually been completed at the time. Rather, the status was marked as "complete" to facilitate the processing of an insurance claim, rather than to reflect the vehicle’s true condition.
