I just bought a wacky wednesday, and I must say I am very disappointed by the way it is. Firstly, there's no lettuce, patties are hard, and the onion is all over the place. I used my hard-earned money because I know how delicious steers burgers are, but today, it was very different from what I know. now I have to prepare a meal because I couldn't even finish it and it's late for me to walk back and return it

Don't trust the signs that say you can order online, I ordered online for a delivery and it said it can deliver on the app but as soon as I paid, I got a call telling that they can't deliver but also I can't cancel the order since it was made online so I had to wait until the following day to get my delivery.

I ordered a Mega Ribster Burger and Jalapeño Loaded fries online. They called to inform me that they don't have the burger and asked to give me the King Steer burger instead, that wasn't the problem. My order arrived and my Jalapeño loaded fries had a foul smell. I don't know if the cheesy sauce was not fresh or the fries were not fresh, but nothing smelt fresh. I still haven't gotten a refund.
