There is no option under Contact Us to leave a message. There is, however, a button that says leave a message? The prices of certain items are more expensive on the app than on the Central website (which has dead links).

Stock isn't available real time. I have checked before choosing click&collect within 1 hour. Also, the payment has been done. After that around 40 mins, I received the order cancellation with unavailable stock reason. But!!!! the credit card refund will be posted next billing cycle which means I have to pay that amount this month. In addition, a discount code I applied, it can't be used again even though the cancellation was requested by the seller. Poor online service!!

Very bad and frustrating app. Seems that it is out of date.
