When I open the app all I see is a white screen with the baltimore county logo.

app crashes when trying to create new requests

This app is not great. The login screen is busted. "Forgot your password" and Create account" only appear when the keyboard is open, but when you try to click one, the keyboard closes and the buttons disappear. So if you don't have an account or need to reset, you will not be able to log in.
