Cannot get the app to work. Clicked get started, took me to a page with end user license agreement and Harman privacy statement but wouldn't go any further.

Got flip 6. Worked 2 times then the power button stopped working then all buttons stopped working and crumbled. Speaker is uselass

Hi William. This is a review for the JBL Premium Audio app, not the JBL Flip 6 speaker. This app is not designed to work with the Flip 6 and has no relation to it in any way. If you have any feedback or questions about the app please contact luxurysupport@harman.com. Your retailer may be able to help with the Flip 6.
