App is not compatible with older Android 9. So could not use it. But will be happy to use it as it'll be quick & handy. Need to either make it compatible or keep a seperate one for older versions and devices.

Nonsense App.. And nonsense icici. It was so easy with Paytm. Here just to get toll history we have to always mention date. Over and above toll deducted at a location where I was not supposed to pay toll and the representative didn't even scanned my toll, still money got deducted. I had uploaded rc book while applying for fastag, now after 2 months icici messaging that it will deactivate my fastag if rc is not uploaded. Let it be, I tried to upload rc, but the website is so not user friendly.

I downloaded this app and tried logging in with the Fastag Id, and my phone number registered with ICICI Bank. I waited for OTP which never came, and later when I pressed resend OTP,the app would hang. I hope ICICI would help me install the app on my phone, by removing the bugs and improving the function of the app.
