extremely frustrating experience. I tried contactin support several different ways. Got a response one time. Advice was to reinstall the app - or log out and back in - every few days. That's a poor solution since it's a waste of my time and by the way I don't know if it's going to stop recording trips until it's stopped. Lately it's been recording short trips but not longer ones. I simply cannot trust this app to do its job. My rating is still one star and my request is the same. Fix the app.

App doesn't show the overview page, I can get the documents, like proof of insurance as I did before. Edit: I called customer support today and problem was fixed. Thank you. But still not a 5-star app because it is not accurate with the driving on My Drive feature. It states that I have used the phone when I didn't even touch it nor the screen on the car computer when I received a call. Also, the speed detection is flawed. Often shows incorrect abrupt breaking or incorrect speeding.

The app works well most of the time, but there still seem to be a few glitches. I am very conscientious about driving the speed limit and watching out for hard braking. I drive exactly the same all the time and then for some strange reason I get assessed for a hard braking when I know that I did not have any and It then drops my score about 4 or 5 percentage points. It then creeps back ever so slowly, even after driving for several weeks without any infractions.
