The app interface is not up to par as other F&B apps. So tedious the process of placing order. Removing ordering items is also a pain in the butt. App is not available to choose which store to deliver order. Birthday free gift is only available for delivery order. What a joke!! . KFC team, I m sure you can do better than that... Anyway, I love your hot & spicy chicken. 👍

My bank account deducted. Yet, the order is still there in the cart. Then, I have to wait the store manager to verify my order. This proceess is very troublesome. Worst experience ever. FYI, refund process would take 7-21 working days. My advice, uninstall the app and go straight away to their kiosk.

Lousy app which doesn't allow to cancel order, change their address and hard time to add my promotion deal into the cart. Boycott not happen because of recent issue but a period given but your app failed to satisfied the customer need. Just hire someone who really good in UIUX to help modify the app properly
