Literally the worst app. Never loads properly, always have to uninstall, reinstall, wash and repeat. Never refreshes correctly. Always tries to force you to download another useless app that had no relation to what you need. How could such an app that is used for tracking work schedules be so terribly developed and maintained?? The only good feature? When it actually cooperates. I can download my schedule straight to my calendar. But that's it. Everything else is horrible.

The app is wonderful when it works. Anytime we change our password on the work computer, they won't work. Even if you uninstall and reinstall. Or even if you try to change the password on the app, it says your info is incorrect when it's not. I used the option to send the one-time code on my phone and put the phone number in it says it's wrong. Seriously, only a few of us are able to get the app at all, but not for long. It is extremely frustrating because the app is Amazing and easy to use.

Harder to use than the last set up we had for work. I installed it on my BRAND NEW phone and it wouldn't let me leave the app, scan anything, or do anything. I had to restart my phone !!!! It finally works but it won't let me change my availability!!! There also needs to be an option where you can choose to have the schedules emailed to you. Not happy with Reflexis. A total downgrade IMHO.
