It keeps signing me put and deleting my card info. I have to sign in all day. My notifications are set, and I never get any. The new pick-up helper doesn't work at all. The qr code is shaky. Let me set my locations once. Need to make the item location easier to find on the page, or bigger. Some of the item descriptions are just the name of the item. Some items do not have stock photos. Knowing what they are without googling it is very annoying. This could be great if fixed

Really wanted to get into this after hearing so many good reviews, unfortunately you cannot trust any of the product descriptions. Several items listed in good condition did not work, they say you need to check it out before you leave but how are you supposed to test a countertop fryer or a scale with no batteries? Got home plugged it in and nothing works, put batteries in the scale and it's stuck on error. No use trying to talk to customer service, oh and most of the stuff is from temu.

App stopped sending notifications, including outbid notifications and aution endings. Have to sign back in after minimizing the app or letting the screen lock. Google and this app don't work together to save your password either, so you have to remember whatever secure password you created. App used to work fine. How does an app get worse with time? There's also no direct contact info through the app, so there's no way to make the company aware.
