I've had this app for a year now. It took forever just to get it validated for my car in the beginning and it hardly ever works. I can't even get the app to open most of the time much less get remote start to work when it does. It's embarrassing to have a luxury car that cannot reliably provide a common feature found in almost all other mainstream brands, including economy cars. Mercedes should be ashamed to have even published this (lack of) technology for market use.

Why doesn't it have a panic button? It would be helpful to have a panic button on the app, especially when trying to locate your vehicle on a large lot beyond the range of your key. Why they didn't include this very useful feature, I have no idea. Sept 20: App is working, again. Now stable with Alexa. There is now actually a button to remotely activate horn and lights. Thank you!

Love the car. HATE the app. I really enjoy the premium experience this app gives me. When working all day and I want to remote start my car to warm it up or cool it off, it just spins on the screen saying, checking security. What a premium experience, well worth the price of a new Mercedes. I especially enjoyed it today when the wind shear was 0 degrees F and it refused to start my car. I would definitely pay to keep having this experience. When I pay for quality, this is what I imagine...
