I used to be a loyal Toters customer because they offered great service and fast delivery. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of a disaster. First off, the time it takes to assign a driver has become ridiculously long. Even when a driver is finally assigned, the delivery itself is often delayed, leading to cold food most of the time. On several occasions, my orders have been outright canceled without any reasonable explanation.

Very bad service and no coordination between the toters team and restaurants. I waited for my order despite the continuous postponing of the estimated time of arrival and it got cancelled at last without any prior notice. And the toters support team isn't helpful at all

This app is terrible. The interface is very inconsistent. They only ever show you the very inaccurate delivery time, not order time. Customer support is laughable, and they always give excuses. Most of their drivers are horribly inexperienced, and there is only Toters to blame for not training their drivers to use their app properly, with most drivers putting "order on its way" the second they arrive to the restaurant, making tracking USELESS. DO NOT USE TOTERS. Call the restaurant directly.
