My Bird scooter sometimes wouldn't accelerate, I had to push it along a few times. When I tried to end the ride I couldn't because it kept saying I wasn't in a parking zone even though I was in the blue zone and on a side walk so I back-tracked and drove around for another 20 minutes trying to find a designated parking zone and finally gave up. In the end, I spent 35 bucks, a full hour, and only made it about a mile from where I started. Thanks for nothing Bird.

The scooters are useful in a pinch, but I can never rely on them. Maybe my city is just too small, but they're all gone at least half the time (I think because of weather?) They're trying to market to commuters which would be great, except that the price is too high without the subscription (and even a little high with it), but the subscription itself would be a total ripoff if all the scooters suddenly disappear without warning and leave you needing to get to work a different way.

I'm pretty annoyed everytime I utilize the electric scooter, and it goes over the amount, the notification that pops up immediately disappears and won't let me see the overcharge and I can't see it in my bank receipts, but amounts will disappear. It's happened three times, I've tried to report. Or even get a screenshot of proof, or just clicked on the notifications.
