Very bad customer service. I received a damaged item and wanted to return it, used the function in the app it's been 12 days and no one contacted. Now they changed the app and my order disappeared. No number to call and emailing customer support takes 3 days to answer without giving any solution.

The app is not working in qatar, it shows it's not available in your country, and when you download, it download the AED version

very bad experience with the application. you can't cancel your order through the app, also there is no number to call the customer service and you can't cancel the order from their branches. just avoid the online purchase and go directly to the shop.
