Ratings and reviews

Working pretty well to track packages so far, but app won't let me change my notification preferences to push. Says "Action can't be completed at this time. Try again in a few minutes." And app keeps PROMPTING me to update preferences, but won't save them. It's allowing text notifications. Checked app permissions and notifications are turned on/allowed. Android 14

Would be great if it worked the way it should... I do appreciate live map tracking when it works... Lots of bugs in the system... I have a package that was on its way, when it suddenly disappeared from my on the was on the home screen... I have to hit see all to bring it up to get the tracking info... Before it was in the little box on the home screen that gives the number of package on the way and delivered... I think I'll just stick to using the online site delivery manager...

Since last update this app is horrible. I can no longer pull up locations of FedEx stores or drop boxes. Location permissions are on, no matter what address or zip code I use or wherever I am it always says there are no locations within a 50 mile radius. I am on the everyday and need to send doc packages every day. This app has become trash and completely useless the past few months.
