I spent better part of my day trying to purchase couple of tickets it keeps bringing me back to the beginning and requesting for the same information over and over again. I finally got to the payment I got an error message that, they are not able to communicate with my bank. So frustrating. Then it says my time has expired. I hope whoever is monitoring the review will take passengers comments into consideration. This path would have been the easiest way to travel between the cities. Thanks

Terrible app. Constantly stops working every week ; says "App unavailable, try again later" but never works. I have to Uninstall and reinstall again! 4th time this happened! After I installed again it works for a few days then the problem comes back.

The app is erratic some times. It will freeze occasionally. Sometimes it's down for whole day and you cannot book online. Still it's a very good user friendly App.
