It's very usefull and has properly improved itself with the updates so that the most common bugs and problems are not present anymore. Though the app has good and bad moments, payments fail on regular basis. The scanner needs improvement.

App stopped working, and even online on a computer I can't make payments... After a long search to file complaint, one suggesting to download the app, another telling me "easy" steps to file complaint, NOT! Needing my account details to file complaint, which I can't reach, cause the stupid app doesnt work! It took me a very long time to figure out how and where to file complaint, so I'm doing it this way.

Follow up : Very fast service and it actually helped! I can enjoy the app again. Many thanks! Hello, Since the updates from about 2 days ago, the app starts on my android, i can put in the pin code, but then immediately crashes. Any ideas? Thanks!
