Ratings and reviews

App forced me to turn on notifications in order to log in (as I'd previously turned them off) - these are annoying and pointless marketing type notifications, not useful ones. No option in app to turn them off now. Contacted support using the in-app support function and they told me it was an 'admin' issue and they couldn't help (??). Rating one star until this is fixed. EDIT: the app and the website are both a hot mess.

Downloaded the app to book a taxi ready for my trip with my elderly mum, took the money and didn't give me a booking and the "customer service" was appauling. Didnt even say sorry, no help and said speak to your bank. My husband then booked a taxi on the website (as he had used them before) 2 weeks before and pre-paid, only for them to cancel 35 minutes before pickup via text, leaving me and my elderly mum stranded late at night. No offer of a other service, no help with anything. Do not use!

What a joke! Avoid at all costs! Unreliable & last minute cancellation for my elderly parents! AVOID Thanks so much for cancelling my scheduled cab 35 minutes before pick up time which I booked in advance as it's for my mum & dad seeing a show at the the O2. They are in their 80s and can't walk very far and that was the whole reason I booked it in advance to ensure they weren't left stranded!!! I'm now struggling to get a cab to get them home so thanks again and the 5 working days for my refund
