When I try to withdraw from the app (and web portal), it kept asking me to update my personal details which I did MULTIPLE times. Each time it either failed with undefined error or succeed (web), but no detail was saved because when I wanted to resume withdrawal, it would repeat the process of asking me to fill in the same details. This system and app is useless and frustrating. Why fail at such basic functionality? Sigh! I'll go to the branch to withdraw.

After the new update, withdrawal requires you to give reason for the withdrawal. Problem is there's no eligible choice, nothing comes up. And you can't confirm your withdrawal. Seriously dissatisfied right now. If you're setting up your app with new functions, do test it out to ensure it's ACTUALLY functioning before letting users update.

After the update, every time want to withdraw I need to select redemption reasons before can go to next page, but no option to choose and cannot type in reason manually also. Useless updated feature, if you really want to not allow online withdrawal just remove the function is better instead of this roundabout way to block people's money
