What a frustrating app. I can't believe that they can't keep it running properly. After every update, there is a new glitch! I reported two incidents in the past where the app deducted the amount and never confirmed the order, and it took them more than a week to fix it and return my money. Now, after spending an hour filling up my cart, the app doesn't allow me to choose a delivery slot!!!! It says all slots are full till next week. I'm deleting this app for good.

We order something that is on offer. When we go to collect the items after the email which says items are ready to be collected, they say it's out of stock and they refund. They do not inform by phone call that the product is out of stock and issue a credit note or refund to the card. Not a pleasant experience with click and collect. Wast of time and effort travelling all the way to collect the order.

Several times, delivery's service dropping my requested items at my doorstep and taking pictures that it has been delivered. Not confirming that anyone has received those items physically. This behaviour needs accountability not to fallin again. Have sent emails to the customer care team, but there is no response. It seems they don't care, and they'll continue doing whatever they want. My days with this application are numbered, preferably to move another application or going to old days metho
