My address is not the easiest to deliver to, but Amazon, UPS, and USPS have all figured it out with no issues. I have been trying for 2 days to work out instructions with the app to get my delivery. They respond to me and everything looks right in the app, but the driver is ignoring all helps I have given. I still haven't received my package and now the food is surely bad.

The app is useless. A retailer I've been using for years recently switched to them for all their deliveries & it's a nightmare right off the bat. The app doesn't do anything they claim it does besides just listing the deliveries they've been contracted to provide & that's not even accurate. I placed one order with the retailer, it got split up into 2 boxes, the 1st one arrived & shows up in the app but 2nd one does not show up & also was misdelivered. All attempts at contacting them are ignored.

The app is useless and the customer service "support" is terrible. Same scripted responses with no actual information provided no matter what questions you ask. If given an option between delivery services go with anyone else.
