Ratings and reviews

This is less of a problem with the app, and more the problem of the service. My strip started 2 hrs late, while before I got a call from Intr city that bus was delayed by only 40 minutes. No blankets or water bottles were provided as well. I reaches my destination 3.5 hours late as well. One of the worst bus experiences I've had. Do not choose this Intr city service, they are good for nothing

The boarding/dropping point filters never work correctly. Since I frequently travel only on a couple specific routes and timings there's no way to easily identify buses by route number. I have to go through the website to narrow down the results I want to see (the website has its own annoying issues). After which I do a compare of the bus timings shown on the website with the one on the app.

Your service is good, and I appreciate the cleanliness and punctuality of your buses. However, it would be helpful to have real-time tracking, more comfortable seats, and digital payment options. Notifications about delays or route changes would also improve the experience. Thank you for your efforts, and I hope these suggestions help make the service better.
