The app sucks. I can never update my location. It just spins and spins but never pulls up the screen to update pick up location. I miss out on a lot of deals because I don't have time to go in the store and don't want to pay extra for delivery when I can just order online and PICK IT UP from my store. Except the app won't let me update my pick up location. Ugh! Otherwise, I love BWW.

Every so often, on both the app and the website, it will make my cart page too wide. So, it cuts off the right side where I should be able to X items, and it cuts off my cart amount. No average troubleshooting fixes it. Also, when it is working, it's laggy when I'm trying to hurry and edit my cart before the sale changes. So I've missed 3 days off sales bc of the screen cut-off issue. That's what's sparked my review.

This app is horrible! It's SO FREAKIN' SLOW, even with the latest updates! When trying to navigate between shop pages, use the search function to find a particular item in the shop, in the shopping cart when trying to adjust the quantities of items or remove items from your cart, when trying to apply coupon codes... I've literally been trying to finalize my selections and checkout for HOURS, and haven't been able to do so thus far. And this is not the first time I've had this experience.
