Ratings and reviews

When I click on the 'Start Pairing' option, it prompts me to see if 'my watch is connected to my phone via bluetooth directly and disconnect before you proceed'. My phone is not connected via bluetooth directly and everytime I click on start pairing, it prompts me with the same message and directs me to bluetooth settings page. I tried evering resetting watch and reinstalling app restarting my phone. I have also given access to everything for this app still no use. What can I do to fix this?

It has less facilities and customisation compared to other watches. Compared to other watches it's price is too high and worst accuracy in every things. Iam very dissatisfied and disappointed. I even feel shame when my friends shows a less price watches and good accuracy with good design and build quality.💔🙂

Dear Admin, I'm trying to use this watch/ app in Sri Lanka (SL) but it does not have Sri Lanka country code listed to do the account setup. Appreciate if you could add SL code similar to Bangladesh and UAE codes.
