Ratings and reviews

I am extremely disappointed with the MyJio app. It crashes frequently, making it nearly impossible to complete any task. The user interface is cluttered and confusing, making navigation a nightmare. The app is also incredibly slow and unresponsive, often taking several minutes to load simple pages. On top of that, the customer support within the app is unhelpful and unresponsive. Overall, this app has been a frustrating experience and needs significant improvements to be usable.

Horrible app I've been trying to get tech support for a long time now and they always re route me to a page which just starts the process all over again. A few times they did say they will connect me to a support person, kept me online for half and hour, then said all support persons are busy. Now I'm stuck with a jio sim I just bought but I can't use any 4g (even with an active plan) or send sms (despite trying all troubleshooting methods). Would give it -100/10 if I could.

Even local broadband service is far better than this useless jio, I have contacted them for setup box remote issue, they did something backend and make it completely not working. When they can't fix again, kept me on hold and disconnected the call which is rediculas and I have frequent WiFi disconnections they couldn't able to resolve. Don't take 3 or 6 months package and don't suffer like me. Worest service.
