TV Remote feature is frustrating. Using because my dog chewed up my remote. My TV seems to be "found" sometimes but mostly not. I have to unplug TV and replug but sometimes that doesn't work. Seriously, why can't these TVs have normal controls like a dumb TV? Guessing it's for data mining. Ugh. Can't wait for new remote to arrive. Great when works.

The app's buttons work 50% of the time and need to be pressed twice another 50% of the time independently. It shoves ads in your face that massively slow down the older phones and tablets I used to love to use for TV remotes. Not to mention the TV is preloaded with extra ads. Generally unoptimized, bad quality of life, bad UI. The only thing good I can say is that it works as a TV remote on a dice roll, and boy do I love gambling

Dear devs. So close, but so far, and then it ends up in the garbage. Please copy the Roku app. Especially all the features with private listening. It doesn't work reliably on the TV from one pair of headphones to the next. It will randomly decide to switch away from phone audio leaving you with no sound. Also sometimes there is a delay depending on the headset. Lazy dev might say oh well, cheap headset. Fire those lazy ones. The Roku app has a simple solution for you. Worse part of LG TV=App
