Edit. 5/29/24 The $300 Loan offer is a farse, you do not get the money. It goes into a lockbox (deposit account) that you can't touch. The customer service is excellent. 👌 This app has a lot of great features. Not all things are intuitive but I eventually find what I am looking for. Love the 3% in my savings pockets. I haven't yet had an issue. Highly recommend. I'm on an old Android A02s.

Been using this bank for over a year, and today they have some sort of data breach. The app says they're having some sort of technical issues and to try again later. It's been saying this message all day, and declining all my payments when I have almost 3k in my bank account. Apparently everyone else is having these issues today. They're chat on the app won't work and just closes it right after you message them, and phone calls and email contact won't work. Terrible experience from this.

Worst service . Don't recommend. Had less than 30 minutes, and it locked me out of the app. Called customer support, and they basically said they couldn't do anything just for me to wait for an email. They lock me out from seeing anything dealing with the account for 2 days. Called and couldn't explain why. Contact the customer support and talked to everyone I could, and still they couldn't help. It's a problem on their end, and they are treating it like it just not their concern. Frustrating!!!
