I will say the drivers are all friendly. I would make it a 4⭐ but, taphouse constant glitches and will kick you out randomly. You are given a 12sec window to be there for your ride. But the app for refuses to update that your ride's going to be late until they've missed their 10min window by about 5 to 10min. No text or even data in the app. It won't even show it's time for you pick up until it sends the late message. Sometimes it won't even let you open the app until it sends the late message.

This app wasnt designed properly or maybe I don't have enough education to use it. It doesn't matter where I am within the gomicro blue outline of the city it tells me sorry. . . We couldn't book this ride and whatever else. So, I end up calling the number. Now ive only tried to use this app 3 times and 2/3 I had ended up calling to get a ride.. So what the point in this app to begin with RTA has literally 3 apps just to ride the bus.

Out of 5 attempted bookings only 1 has been excellent ride, friendly driver, and overall successful yet I have yet The others were what I can only say is that nobody at the call center has any real information at all. They keep referring me to a major line that used to go down the street that I work on unfortunately I have to walk two and a half miles to my work because there is no bus line that runs on that route. And they keep referring me to that line that does not go down that major Street!
