This app needs a lot of work. The notifications are broken and I'm bombarded with them, often several of the same notifications at once when I open the app. There's serious lag and freezing issues almost every time I use it. Also I'm constantly getting errors. Finally, the payment process is completely broken; the NOL tap payment doesn't work and paying by card is a nightmare.

I had a bad experience with a parking wallet account top-up app. Despite the credit card deduction, the RTA wallet balance didn't update. RTA customer service couldn't resolve it promptly, and now I have to follow a lengthy process to reclaim the funds. The transaction history shows a double deduction. I'm concerned about future top-ups.

Since the update its really bad. No option to top up with nol card, got two parking fines because couldn't pay for parking because that section keeps loading. Cannot top up because it keeps loading. The previous version was soooooo much better man. Seriously hate this update
